👾 Useful tools

Interesting tools are recommended or widely used by other makers. Here is my top pick this week.

Pika Style — Screenshot app… but also an OpenGraph image generator! 🥺

What we like: With Pika, you can convert tweets into an image, share beautiful mockups of your apps, but when you scroll through templates, it is more than that… you can also generate OpenGraph images super quickly. Add your site, write up your tagline, copy paste the code into your site and boom (yes, I’ve wasted time on this). It’s free, unless you use specific features like copy-pasting your URL. Then it’s $12/month. (Way to go, Rishi!)

WoodPecker Cold email platform with a twist (it's getting warmer!)

What we like: While I’ve shared my favorite cold emailing platform in previous issues, Woodpecker is praised by many makers. This one is tailored for small teams (while other platforms are for enterprise or agencies). Plus, their core feature is to warm your prospects, meaning that it integrates with your CRMs, automate follow-ups and leverage LinkedIn to get more replies. It costs $39 with basic features (enough to start), and you can customize your subscription to fit your business need.
